We are a team of local professionals with backgrounds in hospitality, personal assistance and biology who fell in love with the Dominican Republic and its incredible potential for transformative wellness retreats. In our work, we began to notice a recurring pattern: retreat leaders were overwhelmed. Miscommunications, cultural nuances, and the need to coordinate dozens of moving pieces — all on top of daily life — were draining their time, energy, and creativity. Instead of focusing on their ideas and their communities, many were stuck managing logistics that should have been easier.

Retreats Dominicana was created to solve that problem. We support retreat leaders by simplifying every step of the retreat-planning journey in the Dominican Republic. From venue selection and retreat program localization to logistics and on-the-ground support, we handle the details so retreat leaders can focus on delivering a powerful experience. Our goal is to make hosting a wellness retreat in the Dominican Republic smooth, inspiring, and sustainable — for both the attendees and the facilitator.

Whether you’re too busy with your regular yoga classes or seeking expert advice to ensure your group experiences the best (or a little bit of both), we’re here to help.

The vision behind it all is to contribute our grain of sand to people’s inner journey—life itself. Our purpose is to help create healing spaces for those who need them, to bring well-being closer to people, and at the same time to showcase the natural and human treasures that the Dominican Republic has to offer. With the help of companions who appeared along the way, this vision gradually evolved into the country’s first retreat design agency.
